Free Network — No Charges, No Refunds

Hydrovac Hotline ("we," "us," or "our") operates a completely free nationwide network for hydrovac service providers at hydrovachotline.org.

We do not charge providers to be listed in our network. There are no subscription plans, no per-lead fees, and no premium tiers. As a result, there is nothing to refund or cancel — your listing is free for as long as you choose to remain in the network.

If you would like to remove your listing, you can request removal at any time by contacting us at the address below.

How to Remove Your Listing

You can request removal of your provider listing using any of the following methods:

• Email: support@hydrovachotline.org with your company name and the email address associated with your account.
• Phone: 1-833-EASY-DIG (1-833-327-9344)

We will process removal requests within 1 business day and confirm by email.
