Free Network: No Charges, No Refunds

Hydrovac Hotline ("we," "us," or "our") operates a free-to-list nationwide network for hydrovac service providers at hydrovachotline.org.

We do not charge providers to be listed in our network. There are no subscription plans, no per-lead fees, and no premium tiers. As a result, there is nothing to refund or cancel. Listing your company in the network is free.

If you would like to remove your listing, you can request removal at any time by contacting us at the address below.

How to Remove Your Listing

You can request removal of your provider listing using any of the following methods:

• Email: support@hydrovachotline.org with your company name and the email address associated with your account.
• Phone: 1-833-EASY-DIG (1-833-327-9344)

Our team handles removal requests by hand and will confirm by email once your listing is removed.
