Our Story
Hydrovac Hotline was born from a simple observation: customers need hydrovac services, providers are out there ready to help, but finding each other should not be this hard.
Our founder, Troy Fimrite, has spent 34+ years in the hydro excavation industry — owning and operating hydrovac companies, advocating for safety standards, and building Hydrovac News into the leading resource for hydro excavation professionals. Through decades of hands-on experience, one thing became clear: the industry needed a better way to connect customers with qualified providers.
That is why we built the Nationwide Hydrovac Network. Every hydrovac provider in America can list for free — because our mission is coverage, not gatekeeping. When a customer needs hydrovac services, they should be able to find a trusted provider no matter where they are.
